Afrikaners Helping Afrikaners - In Christ, With Purpose
Who We Are
We are a Christian-led community of Afrikaners in America committed to helping our brothers and sisters from South Africa rebuild their lives with dignity, faith, and cultural continuity.
Many Afrikaner families today are forced to make hard decisions—leaving behind farms, businesses, or communities under pressure. We step in not with charity, but with solidarity. With a shared language, a shared heritage, and shared belief in God’s provision, we walk together through this journey.
Our Vision
A future where every Afrikaner family under pressure has a pathway to peace, purpose, and a thriving life in the United States—surrounded by familiar values, language, and faith.
Our Mission
To provide practical and spiritual support to Afrikaner families seeking a new beginning in America, through Christ-centered community networks, co-sponsorships, and tailored transition services.
Our Approach
Christ at the Center
Everything we do is grounded in prayer, Scripture, and the belief that God restores what was lost.
Practical Help, Lasting Hope
From airport welcome to first job placement, from church connection to language support—we help families build sustainable, faith-filled lives.
Led by the Community
Most of our leadership, staff, and volunteers are of Afrikaner descent. We don’t observe from the outside—we are part of the community we serve.
Proud of Our Roots
We honor our culture, our language, our music, and our history. We help families keep what matters most, even as they start fresh in a new land.
Our Story
The Afrikaners in Christ Council of America was born from a clear call: to stand in the gap when others walked away. As conditions worsened for some communities in South Africa, and as families of faith sought a way forward, we knew we had to act.
What began as a handful of believers assisting newly arrived families has now become a national movement of Afrikaners supporting one another—by God’s grace.
We Are:
Pastors, farmers, and teachers
Mothers, mechanics, and business owners
South Africans by birth, Americans by calling
Unyielding in faith. Rooted in culture. United in purpose.
